We have heard people say they wish they'd had access to a centre like this, when their food business was at that critical point of expansion. Simply because everything you need is in one place, for food innovation, presentation and production.

You can start by hiring test kitchens, tasting rooms and meeting spaces for one-off use. The Centre team will support you in making the most of the bespoke facilities, specialist innovation support and cluster membership. Their goal is to help secure the commercial futures of your food and drink concepts.

You will also be joining a community of food businesses with all the potential that comes from opportunities to interact with businesses along the supply chain.

Global sausage-casing producer and innovator Freddy Hirsch has joined the Centre for more research and development.

Freddy Hirsch delivers and innovates worldwide and have been running for over 60 years. They joined the Centre for additional space for research, development and innovation.

PrepKing

PrepKing, a convenient, tasty and nutritious ready-meal company has joined the Food Innovation Centre.

PrepKing offer nutritionally-balanced ready-meals, perfect for those constantly on-the-go. With new weekly meals that can be delivered to your door every Sunday, get in touch with the team.

Norfolk Rum

We are glad to announce that the triple-distilled Norfolk Rum has joined the Food Innovation Centre family.

Their triple-distilled rum is firmly rooted in Norfolk using the lands' unique offerings to flavour a superior base rum. Check out their flavours here.

Weddell & Turner

Weddell & Turner, makers of delicious gluten-free and dairy-free luxury cakes, biscuits, gingerbread and chocolates, have joined the Food Innovation Centre.

The team produce a wide selection of high-quality fermented and pickled products that are delicious, nutritious and support a healthy microbiome.

The team of three moved their whole lives from London to Norfolk to expand their business and are using their unit to create, develop and innovate new products. The team are innovative and are excited about the world of alternative proteins. Check out their products here.

Coastal Health

Coastal Health is proud to offer its state-of-the-art service and contract supply of quality food and sport supplements to the trade from the Centre.

Coastal Health are experts in the field of health, vitamins and supplements. Offering bespoke, private label or contract bulk supply both domestically and internationally, they are committed to simplifying the process. They also offer labelling guidance, packaging suggestions, new product development and generic bulk products.

Old Rectory Preserves

We are so happy to welcome Old Rectory Preserves into the Food Innovation Centre. Old Rectory Preserves offers many Great Taste Awards preserves, jams and chutneys.

Old Rectory Preserves ensures that products are seasonal and uses all quality, local ingredients, many of which, Founder, Annabel, has foraged herself. The brand prides itself on buying British, giving back to the rural economy and being environmentally aware. Take a look at the collection here.

Olarossi

With over 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry, Olarossi have moved into the Centre to support their wedding catering.

Olarossi weddings is a team of award-winning chefs, passionate about providing exquisite dining to weddings across Norfolk. Their team of talented chefs work across four, soon to be six, stunning venues in the Norfolk countryside. From tantalising canapés to a memorable wedding breakfast and evening food, they use the finest produce and knowledge of the wedding industry to create menus that are bespoke.
